- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/4 cups egg substitute
- 5 large eggs

- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 lb. roll (Bob Evans Original Recipe Sausage)
- 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (I used a mix of cheeses, mozzarella, cheddar, colby)
- 8 oz. crescent rolls (Pillsbury)
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. thick cut bacon
- 1 1/2 cups flour
