As per the directions and ingredients, this turned out to be the best grits I’ve had only 2nd to The Flying Biscuit and I’m sure they use cream to make their Creamy Dreamy Grits. This was a test run(since I had never fixed crockpot grits) for a larger group I triple the recipe and when I got up in the am, it was very soupy so I had to “burn off” some of the liquid by changing from 8hr to 4hr heat and stirring. Still was very good but not as good as my original test batch. Def will make again.
