- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 3 cups water (or milk, nut milk works fine)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey, agave, sweetener of your choice)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. maple extract (not required)
- 3 egg whites
- 2 apples (peeled, corned and chopped)

Directions
- 1. Measure out all the ingredients and spray the crock pot with non-stick spray (important).
- 2. Pour all the ingredients into your crock pot and mix well.
- 3. Set your crock pot to the low setting and allow it to cook overnight, 6 to 8 hours.
