Fantastic recipe! I modified it slightly (I used Nonna Pia balsamic glaze instead of balsamic vinegar, and added a bit more of the veggies that were called for), but it was a huge hit in my house. Will definitely be making this again!

Fantastic! Hubby and I both loved this recipe. The filling came together easily and was very tasty. I used Panko bread crumbs, but if a gluten free recipe is needed, no crumbs were necessary. I will be making this again!

I love mushrooms and I love this recipe. Lots of yummy flavors. May try to freeze one and see how it turns out. Can you freeze mushrooms?
If not I will freeze the filling and buy mushrooms fresh.
