Didn't have asparagus so used broccoli and was still delicious. Roasted the garlic and tossed in at end. Used a great seafood medley instead. Overall, a winner!

It was amazing, end up needing to substitute the cream with Oat milk blended with table cream. Regardless it was delicious! 😋

It was great! Added a little truffle liqueur to the vegetables and used prawns and scallops for the seafood. Perfect!
