- 1/2 cup berries (your choice)
- 2 tsp. honey (syrup, or brown sugar)
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp. flax seeds (optional)
- 3/4 cup milk
