Sooooo YUMMY. This is my new favorite. I changed Garlic Jalapeno powder for regular garlic powder. 👍

Great recipes juicy chops I’m going to decrease my cook time by 2 minutes as some of my thinner cut chops where dry

Quick and juicy chops. I used Panko and Herb and Garlic Bread Crumbs, omitting the cornflakes. I also used olive oil, instead of the cooking spray. Served with roasted green beans and potatoes.

Awesome!! Used gluten free bread crumbs and blue corn chips, but couldn’t a difference in the taste! Also used sheeps cheese instead Parmesan.

This was an easy and delicious recipe. It has a nice kick to it. The chops came out tender and juicy. I had thick cut chops and let them cook for 25 minutes and they were perfectly done. I will add this recipe to my regular menu schedule

I did not like this recipe. I think the egg coating works better when pan frying. Next time , I will use a combo of mayo & mustard which I've done in the past. Use Olive oil instead of Pam to coat your pan and then drizzle over the top. Amp up the seasonings, too. ... Good concept, though. Thanks!

Tender, moist, full of flavor

I made these tonight wondering if 20 minutes in a 425 oven would be enough. The porkchops were amazingly tasty, tender and moist. Will keep this on hand for future quick dinners.
