I just made this....and thus, it was my first time ever making Fish. Everything came out great, the meat was tender and moist and at the same time flaky (even with me adding an extra 5 minutes of cook time, to appease my nervousness and desire not to get fish relayed food poisoning from undercooking). Merci. I am no longer a Fish Cook Virgin.
