- 1 tsp. paprika (I like hot or smoked)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. dried sage
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne (optional, for spicy)
- 1 cup drippings (turkey leg, from roasting pan)
- 1 chicken bouillon cube (optional, for extra flavor)
- 2 tsp. corn starch (mixed with 2 teaspoons water to form a slurry)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt (to taste if needed)
