- 1/4 cup dry white wine (or apple juice)

The turkey turned out amazing. It was a huge hit with everyone. I used a boneless, skinless breast since that was the only type available to me.
If you use a boneless and skinless breast like I did, replace step one with pan frying the breast for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Then follow step 2 exactly except that, after roasting the turkey for the first 30 mins, roast it for another 30 minutes instead of an hour. Measuring the internal temperature of the breast really helps in making sure it's not overcooked.
