Favorite fish recipe. One pan and easy. Have used Chilean sea bass$$$, halibut$$ and cod $. All came out perfect.

I had my doubts, but this was an incredible meal. The flavors of the mushrooms and asparagus were excellent and the fish was perfect. I made a few changes:
A light sprinkle of garlic powder and coriander on the fish.
I cooked at 475 degrees for 20 minutes (I had very thick fillets).
