Was amazing. Didn't measure anything (quite a big step for me)!!! Just sprinkled all the spices on the meaty side of the fish, then added pieces of butter, sprinkled on some kemon juice, added some fresh green beans to 1 side of the fish then fresh asparagus to the other side with a bit more butter. Sealed up the foil packets...40 min later- perfection! Served with gnocchi and a green salad. Call it a super healthy day!!
