This was so tender and delicious! The best oven roasted ribs I've had that even compare to restaurants. I will however make less rub and less chili powder the next time I make it cause it made a ton and was a little on the spicy side for my liking.

I used a different rub, which I've used for pork butt before and already knew I liked. That said, the cooking method is the real winner here. I've never had much luck cooking ribs at home before, but these were absolutely amazing! I also used ham stock because I had it on hand, but I doubt that made much difference. There was no way to even cut these ribs after cooking, because they just fell apart. I just put the whole rack on the plate and scarfed it with my fingers. The result was not only the best ribs I've ever made, but quite possibly the best ribs I've ever eaten.

That rub is sooo good. Actually, it's perfect. The ribs were tender with little chewy pieces on the edges. We loved them!
