Delicious I would cut the lemon to one. Two lemons is too much lemon flavor unless that’s what you like skin was nice and crispy

My whole family loved this dish. I didn’t have parsley but it turned out great and I didn’t use any salt or pepper. Will def make again!

So good! I used every ingredient, but sliced the chicken breast into strips and pan fried it all in a skillet to make lemon pepper fajita meat. It was incredible!

It definitely needs more salt then the recipe calls for and I’m gonna use butter instead of oil next time too

Delicious! Cooked it at 350 for 30 min and then 375 for 30 min to match another recipe and it still turned out great. Next time, will not put the extra lemon juice at the very end.

this was soooo delicious.
I dont own a wire rack so I took a turkey pan and put a smaller cookie pan in it, upside down so the juices could still drip and allow for crisp skin.

Omitted dried parsley and substituted dried ground thyme. It was delicious and I would definitely make this dish again!
