Not enough moisture or much taste. I melted 2 Tbsp of butter, added more chili powder, dices onion and garlic and fresh ground black pepper.

Super simply and good ~ I mixed in garlic salt with everything, then more on top. Once it was done roasting, I sprinkled feta atop, then warmed it in the oven to melt the feta a bit. Keith loved it.

Holy cow wow!!! Yummmmmm🤤🤤 odd combo but it was delicious! I added Mrs. Dash extra spicy :)

Not a fan. Apples and squash were really over cooked and mushy, while the Brussel sprouts were cooked just right. Seasoning was also a lot more bland than I expected

The Brussels Sprouts turned out sweet and salty. Nothing overpowered anting else and it was a hit with my friends. The apples add the perfect amount of sweetness.
