Directions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F.
- Set a large Dutch oven or oven-safe pot over medium-high heat and add the butter.
- Pat the beef dry with paper towels, then place it on a large plate and coat on all sides with the au jus mix and ranch seasoning. Reserve any excess seasoning that does not stick to the beef on the plate.

Wowzers. This made me look like such a good cook. This was insanely delicious. We loved the kick from the pepperoncinis! I even had a 9-year-old boy at the table who enjoyed it. We also made some garlic mashed potatoes that I found on Yumly and it was a perfect pairing. Very happy chef!!!!

My 15 year old son took the first taste of the a little after 3 hours of roasting. His eyes got big and his jaw dropped. He loved it!! And so did I.
I followed the recipe exactly. It turned out amazing! Soooo GOOD!

this recipe was a little off. it doesnt need beef broth for it makes its own juice.instead of 1 tablespoon of butter it takes one whole stick of butter just put it all in a crock pot and slow cook for 8 hours its very delicious
