The best oven fried chicken that I've ever made. I've experimented over the years, but haven't come close to this recipe. I think the biggest difference is blending the oil into the Panko. I was a little short on Panko. So I mixed in some regular bread crumbs. It was fine. I really loved the way the juices were sealed in. The glaze was good. The chicken was so good that it really didn't need the glaze.
