This recipe was a disaster tonight. The oven temp is too hot and cooking time is too long. The result was dried-out blackened chicken livers. I should've known better to try a recipe used for dog treats. I love my dogs way too much to ever give them something like this.

also i'm another person who doesn't like pork rinds ,but this is phenomenal!

Turned out pretty well. Might have been easier to make with two people because you end up with a giant glop of pork rind covered Mayo on your hand. But the parts that were covered properly with both really had a good taste to them. And for someone who doesn't like pork rinds, that's saying a lot.
