- 1/2 cup xylitol
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup oats (any type, or oat flour)
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned, or simply use a total of 2 cups of almond milk)
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)

Over all great. I used steel cut oats. blend first to turn to dust.I will add more sweetener,cinnamon. Mine was done in 20 min. Golden,fluffy, moist.
