I dusted the chips with flour before dipping them in egg/milk. They turned out crispy and delicious. Make more crumbs next time

Th Zucchini Chips took much longer Baking @ 425* than 10-15 minutes to get crispy. I thought the zucchini it self would also be crispy but not for me. Should I have tried to squeeze the chips first, let them dry & then dip in the milk before I put them in the dry mixture? They are very tasty even though they were not completely crispy:((

Excellent! What a tasty alternative to fried zucchini. The cayenne pepper made it, and dipping it in Ranch didn't hurt either. If it didn't get crispy, you probably used regular breadcrumbs. The Panko ensures a crispy topping. (No need to turn over half-way through baking and risk the topping falling off.)

Will use less cayenne next time. Made them in the oven and the air fryer, liked the Air Fryer ones better.

It was really delicious. I had a medium size home grown zucchini and I went through the original breading recipe very quickly. I prepared another batch and went through all of that. My recommendation would be to double the breading- including double the garlic. Thank you for a great recipe....

I've made this recipe many times for many people and everybody who has tried it has loved it. I cannot recommend this recipe enough! It is simple and delicious! I definitely recommend using Panko over regular breadcrumbs, though.

I have made this several times I think it’s my favorite because I can change it a little
I have found adding more cayenne and garlic powder is better flavor
i dredged in milk & eggs (egg beaters) skipping flour first.
I cut no more than 1/2 inch than thick flavor and baked on a raised sheet so I didn’t have to turn them so baked 25 min at 425

These are really tasty. The hard part, though, is getting the zucchini sliced correctly. I either made the slices to thin or too thick. However, they were still good.

Not a fan. The breaded topping was good but the zucchini was very soggy. I made a lot and ended up throwing it out

Turned out very good but I had to change a couple things. I had to make the breadcrumb mixture twice beacause the recipe wasn’t enough. And I had to cook it a lot shorter. 10 minutes one side and 5 minutes the other side. Other than having to tweak it a little, it turned out good.

The mix wouldn't stick to the zucchini and fell off when I turned it over. And they got burned!!

Turned out great! Simple and fulfilling. Some complained about saltiness, but for folks like us who like savory flavors, this was ideal.
