    Very tasty, but I roasted Mediterranean veggies first, and used instead of just cherry tomatoes. 😋

    Really simple yet tasty dish. My new go to meal when in a rush. It definitely tastes better with home made pesto but I must confess I have cheated and used some shop bought stuff and it's still delicious.
