Sauce was delicious. Maybe need to add a bit more liquid so there is more of the sauce at the end. Pork was very tender at the end, because of the basting.

Marinade fine. Method terrible. You need to cook your potatoes first.....,we did, but it adds another 15 mins to boil them ahead of them going in the oven with the pork.

Great! I added fresh ginger to the marinade/rub and pan fried potatoes, carrots and onions in meat dripping, then added green beans and peas.

Really good kids liked it, author is correct I wish I had some lighter soy sauce, the darker one kind of overpowered everything else in the marinade. But definitely will make again.

Great glaze. I did the pork chops for 5 minutes less which turned out well, and served with roasted veg in with the potatoes.

Delicious! I added paprika to the pork before putting the sauce over top (I use it on everything), but it all worked out well. I would even lower the temp to 375F and cook the pork a bit longer to get a good slow bake. But otherwise perfect!
