Amazing, not to try, not to wet. I added some extra buttermilk, that seemed to help things out a bit. For the second go in the dry bag, I threw everything in, even the spare wet batter, this made for a chunky gooy good mess. I also went easy on the hot sauce, and got a nice sweet flavor that none of my family was expecting. I finally got a baked fried chicken yay!!!

Tasty and crispy. I didn’t do the first dredge through the dry ingredients. I let the cut up chicken sit in the egg mixture for an hour then put the pieces in the flour mixture. I used whole wheat flour. I used a teaspoon of salt instead of the tablespoon of seasoned salt.

Mmm mm mmmmmm. Make sure to spray oil on both sides of the nuggets and feel free to leave out the bread crumbs. I also added salt to the flour mixture and glad I did.

The chicken bits ended up speckled in dry flour, maybe my fault for not going nuts on the oil spray. Only did the egg and flour mix once which i would recommend. It doesnt seem to need a second coat. Definitely serve with some sort of dipping sauce to fully enjoy the snack
