Really like this recipe. Crunchy without the "fried" effect! I definitely add Tony Cachere’s spicy seasoning to the flour or if out of that Kinder’s “The Blend” which is salt pepper and garlic
Literally make 5 lbs at a time and freeze!! Winner

Instant favorite. Incredibly easy. Moist and crispy. Served with ranch dressing for dipping. Will probably make this once a week!

simple but delicious. I put mine under the broiler on high for a minute or 2 on each side just to crisp them up a little more.
