Very yummy. Husband loved. Kid who does not like fish liked. Quick and easy. Would add a bit of lemon juice next time. Served with broccoli and rice.

This was so good. I'm not great with fish, so I had some concern I might make it too dry. To counter that I melted a couple of Tbsp of butter and mixed in some Parm. I squeezed some lemon on the fish and then coated the top of the fish with this about 3 minutes before they were done. It was not quite as healthy but it offset my tendency to over cook very nicely. Served it with rice, seasoned black beans, guacamole, and made some homemade spicy garlic aeoli to go with it (jazzed up my usual with Frank's red hot). Our 5 year old, who does not eat fish and often eats very little at dinner time, added some cheese and had not one but 2 bowls. Thank you!!! great, easy recipe.

I changed the spices used but overall using the same cooking method it was a great dish
