This is the best oatmeal cookie recipe I've ever tried. The only thing I did different was I cooked the oatmeal first. Delic!

I loved this recipe! Included about 1/4 cup raisins in the 1 serving version and they were among the best I've ever tasted. Toasting the pecans makes a real difference.
