- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 Tbsp. italian seasoning
- 5 tsp. sea salt
- 10 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoons ground pepper
- 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 5 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion (optional – I like it better without, but my husband is the sausage maker around here)
