- 4 oz. goat cheese (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup pickled onions
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted, if you wish)
- 3 slices bacon
- 3 Tbsp. bacon fat
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
