This was pretty good! I used ground turkey because my family prefers it. I’ve made a similar recipe with cream cheese in place of the ricotta. I added a little extra garlic. I baked for 45 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered. It could use a little more sauce for my taste, maybe another 1/2 jar or so.
