- 1 kg clams (cleaned – I only used 500g)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
- 600 grams tomatoes (Fresh or Tinned Ripe, Peeled and Chopped)
- 1 tsp. caster sugar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano (Chopped)
- 1 lemon
- 16 raw tiger prawns (Peeled and Deveined)
- 12 scallops (Large, Cleaned)
- 120 grams feta cheese (Broken into 2cm chunks)
- 3 spring onions (thinly sliced)
