I Love Osso Buco....This recipe left me a bit flat. The flavor was OK but not memorable. The worst part was the the veal itself was still quite firm upon serving. I was suspicious of the 1.5 hr cook time and the "not falling off the bone" result confirmed my fears. Perhaps I did something wrong but, I followed the instructions pretty verbatum (outside of omitting the celery).
