- 2 steaks (your favorite cut - I like to use filet, porterhouse or boneless ribeye)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- pepper
- salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 lb. asparagus
- 1/2 lb. crab meat (or immitation Krab)
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup dry white wine ({I use Sauvignon Blanc})
- 1 large shallot (peeled and finely chopped)

- 1/2 cup butter (cut into small pieces – keep cold!)
