- 2 Tbsp. promise buttery spread
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 zucchini (small, or yellow squash, finely chopped (about 1 cup))
- 4 cremini mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sweet onion
- 1/3 cup orzo pasta (cooked according to package directions)
- 2 Tbsp. parmigiano reggiano cheese
- 1 Tbsp. loosely packed fresh basil leaves (optional)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)

Directions
- Melt Promise® Buttery Spread in 12-inch skillet and cook orange pepper, zucchini, mushrooms and onion, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in orzo and cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes or until starting to turn golden. Sprinkle with cheese and basil and season, if desired, with ground black pepper.
