Kiddo and I each gave it a 4, but hubby only gave a 2 as he has decided he does not care for orzo. Flavour was very good.

I didn’t put zucchini in this dish as my partner doesn’t like it but still added the mushrooms. Used smoked paprika as I didn’t have any cayenne pepper and added some pepperoni. Made it into a one pot by cooking the orzo with the mince and used beef stock. Very tasty
