  • 1 ounce Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • 6 pork loin rib chops (about 1-inch thick)
  • 1 dash paprika (optional)
  • salt
  • cracked black pepper (fresh)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
    2. In a small bowl, add the Seasoning mix, together with the salt, pepper, and paprika and mix well. Liberally sprinkle the porkchops on both sides with the seasoning mixture.
    3. Arrange the chops on a baking sheet or try with a rack. Bake the pork chops for 20 minutes, turning once until browned or an internal temperature of 160ºF is reached. Serve immediately.

    Instead of sprinkling the seasoning on I doubled what it called for and coated them that’s the only change I made and they were delicious! Definitely going to make these again!

    My husband and I loved this recipe. I took the tips from previous reviews and I made this with just two porkchops and potatoes. I put the mix over two porkschops and a couple cut up potatoes and onions in a roasting pan. I drizled the potatoes and onions with olive oil and tossed them well. Everything turned out great. I did have to cook it a bit longer to get it up to temp.

    I used the Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch mix instead of the regular mix and omitted the salt. This was a hit tonight with the entire family of picky eaters! I will definitely make it again.

    instant packaged ranch mix and pork steaks, was delicious. as well as added pepper, with a touch of garlic since my family loves garlic was a hit tonight for supper. will make again, quick , simple and easy, delicious recipe.

    I loved this recipe, however, I only used a smidget of Hidden Valley because of the sodium . These pork chops were very good. Nice and juicy. Thank you.
