This stir-fry might be simple to make, but it’s rich in flavour and will be sure to impress any guest at your dinner table. Serve with crisp vegetables on a bed of fragrant rice for the ultimate taste experience.

- 1 Knorr Gourmet Moments Oriental Stir-Fry Chicken (Sachet of)
- 350 grams chicken breast (cut into strips)
- 250 grams brown mushrooms (quartered)
- 200 grams broccoli (fresh, cut into small florets)
- 150 grams red pepper (diced)
- 350 mL water
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- white rice

Directions
- Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chicken for 3–4 minutes or until browned. Place to one side on a separate plate.
- Then fry the pepper and the mushrooms.
- Pour in the water and add the contents of the sachet; stir thoroughly.
- Add the broccoli florets and simmer for 8 minutes, then add your meat back into the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes, until chicken is thoroughly heated through.
- Serve with rice.
