- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (with honey)
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- salt
- 250 mL peanut oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- oregano (to taste)

Directions
- Blend the mustard, eggs, vinegar, a pinch of salt, and 85 milliliters of peanut oil for about 10 seconds.
- Add the remaining oil little by little, blending for another 10 seconds, until mixture is soft and creamy. If the mixture is too oily, add a little water, and mix a bit more.
- Chop the garlic and oregano, and mix with the mayonnaise.
- Refrigerate until serving.
