Easy, fast and delicious. Definitely putting this into a regular rotation. Agree with others saying it could use a little more mushroom, but I'm fine with the garlic level.

The recipe was delicious and easy, I personally would add another ounce or so of mushrooms. And I would recommend a very flavorful stock. Are used to Ramen vegetarian stack that added more layers of flavor. But highly recommended

Tasted great! The measurement for how much pasta used is a little vague, but I made this for a potluck dinner (16 servings) and after adding some garlic and more vegetable stock it was perfect. Definitely will make again.

Really easy and a solid base. It was a little bland for me. I might experiment with some garlic and different herbs with it.
