- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (plus 1 table spoon)

- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 Orange (zested, I used two clementines)
- 2 Tbsp. amaretto (I used Cointreau bc I didn’t have amaretto)
