I've made this recipe several times so far tweaking the recipe slightly each time and I think i've finally perfected it!
Ingredients

- 310 grams flour
- 450 grams sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk (choice)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Orange (or 2 lemons)
- 2 cups powdered sugar

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Zest the orange or lemon into the sugar and mix thoroughly.
- Soften butter and beat with sugar until creamy and then add one egg at a time.
