- 227 grams tempeh (or super firm tofu, cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 255 grams shredded cabbage (both colours and carrot)
- 2 large garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 hot pepper (or small mild, seeded, cored and minced)
- 3 ramen (bundles of instant, about 150g total, cooked according to package directions)
