- 3/4 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed)
- 2 orange zest
- 2 tamari (tbsp, can sub soy sauce)
- 2 rice vinegar (tbsp)
- 2 coconut sugar (tbsp, can sub brown sugar)
- 1 cornstarch (tbsp)

I baked the tofu in the sauce in the oven. It did not stick at all on the silpmat. Easy. The acidic taste was too much for me though.
