I didn’t have time to marinate the meat.. so I let it set for an hour.. but it turned out really great... my family loved it

I used a bit more than half of a 12oz jar of marmalade (not a whole jar) and the spices stayed the same. I wanted an extra kick so I added 2tsp. of Sambal Oelek (ground fresh chili paste). WOW! It was perfect with pork! Everybody loved it and none was left!
I'm thinking of trying it on duck next.
