- 1 batch quick oats
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/4 cup flaxseed (ground up)
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (I did not melt it, just used it in it's semi-sold state)
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp. orange zest (fresh)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate but semi sweet can also be used)
