  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili paste (crushed, or chili flakes to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch (dissolved in 1/4 cup water)
