I liked most of this recipe but I highly recommend cutting back on the amount of orange zest. The actual directions call for 1 tbsp orange zest, and to me, it made the chicken a bit bitter. I would also double the water and reduce the amount of soy sauce. Other than that it was a happy compromise for dinner between me and my non keto fam.
