Not too bad, but not super good. Okay smoothie for the healthy nutrients from the carrots and fruits. The carrot didn't blend well to make the smoothie super smooth, so expect some small bits of carrots to remain after being blend. Will make again though to get more carrots ingested.

It was ok - smoothie ? its more chewy. Felt the need to doctor it up a bit, but overall it was ok.

I use frozen fruits and add an apple and some cinnamon blend until very smooth mmm very good, i do this almost every day for my husband its oh so good.

Found this very tasty. My recommendations:
* It comes out warm if you don't freeze your fruit ahead of time. If you don't have frozen fruit available, and you want it cold, refrigeration after making worked for me. It didn't separate like some smoothies do.
* Blend for 2 full minutes to get it super smooth. This blending time is an old daquiri-making trick from my New Orleans family heritage. :)
