Did it with with one grapefruit, without changing anything in the proportions and it was very delicious ! Been a while i didn't taste a cake this good and mooist. And since i had another grapefruit, i sliced it in thin slices and put them at the bottom of the pan, so when it's upside down after the baking, the glaze go directly and make the grapefruits slices shine and sirupy. Made it more beautiful and juicier. Will try to make it again with oranges !

Both in cake and cupcake format this recipe is absolutely delicious! Used the glaze for the cake will be using marmalade for the cupcakes 😊

Such a beautiful cake and the drizzle makes it better. Since I’m a fan of cinnamon, I’ve added a little cinnamon powder into the glaze. Tastes fantastic! Will definitely make this again.
