- 300 grams ground beef
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion (large, julienned)
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- mozzarella cheese (may substitute with other melting cheese)
- 2 slices whole grain bread

Directions
- Melt the butter in a hot skillet and saute the onion on low heat until slightly golden approximately 15 minutes. Stir constantly until completely golden brown and caramelized. Add the balsamic vinegar and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Combine the beef with the paprika, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Form into two patties and cook on a grill or pan until cooked through.
- Place the cheese on top of the burgers in the skillet and let melt.
- Toast the bread. Place a burger on top of each slice of bread and top with the onions.
