Ooooooh boy these were great! A touch too sweet for my personal tastes but everyone seemed to love them! The pecans really made them so much better. Next time I’d probably try pouring some heavy cream over them before baking.

These were DELICIOUS. Only thing I changed was adding extract, I used rum, to the icing.
